Thousands turn out in Sydney for Homebake
A generous serve of Aussie music combined with a dash of sunshine proved the perfect recipe for Sydney’s Homebake music festival.The Divinyls, Missy Higgins, Operator Please, Paul Kelly and Architecture In Helsinki attracted about 20,000 concert-goers to the Domain yesterday.
The Greens were out in force campaigning against the use of drug sniffer dogs at Homebake.
But police said they had made at least 29 mostly drug-related arrests and issued court notices to 40 people for possession of drugs including cocaine, ecstasy, cannabis and LSD.
Big drugs haul at Bargoed
Police in Bargoed have uncovered a cannabis factory at a house in Station Road, Bargoed.
Officers seized more than 250 mature cannabis plants, and a large amount of hydroponics equipment.
It is estimated cannabis at the property could be worth 30,000 pounds. But through cultivation, it could have been worth 120,000.
A 24 year old man arrested at the property has been charged with cultivation of cannabis and was due to appear before Caerffili Magistrates Court today.
Homes once used as grow-ops to be outed by Ottawa police
“For sale: Former grow-op. Some water and toxic mould damage. Electrical wiring poses fire hazard after tampering.”
That information isn’t commonly posted in real estate ads, but Ottawa police plan to make some of it available to homebuyers.
Starting Friday, the police service will begin posting the addresses of former marijuana grow operations and drug labs on its website.
Ottawa police said they dismantle about 50 marijuana grow houses and crystal meth labs in the city each year.
After the legal process, many of the homes are sold to people who may not be aware they were used for those purposes or the damage that could have resulted.
“A lot of people are afraid and they should be,” said Ottawa police Chief Vern White. “They’ll buy a house for … $350,000, and when they get the house find out they’ve got $100,000 damage as well.”

This could happen to you and if it does, you will have to spend time in jail with violent criminals, pay a large bond and hire a lawyer hoping you are not sentenced to a lengthy prison term. Many people will consider you a criminal which is very embarrassing and can be very damaging to your reputation. How to make Bubble Hash using Bubble Bags.
What if you could turn all that wasted trim into the strongest, most pure and potent hash on Earth? Some people even pay to dispose of their trim and plant waste. Using hash bags, some cold water and a bunch of ice, you can turn your trash into hash. Bubble Hash, Water Hash, Ice Hash, whatever you want to call it, you will become a true connoisseur of the best hash ever.
Hash bags come in different sizes to accommodate the amount of waste/trim you produce during harvest. The size of the bag has no effect on the quality of the hash, only the quantity.
To create your own premium hash be sure plants are flushed completely before harvest. Every grower should flush his/her plants regardless of the intended usage. Plants that are not flushed properly, don’t smoke well and taste even worse.
Once you have all your trim dried, place it in a freezer for several hours; this allows the trichomes to break away from the plant matter easily.
Using two buckets, place the first bag (largest screen size) in one of the buckets and fill with ice and ice-water until the water level is a few inches from the top. Empty trim into the bag/bucket. Depending of the size of your hash bags, using either a hand mixer or a paint mixer, mix ice, water, and trim for about 35 minutes; then let the solution settle for about 15 minutes; mix for another 5-10 minutes and let settle for another 10 minutes. Remove the bag from the bucket allowing the foamy green water to remain in the bucket. Squeezing the bag may be necessary, but may force additional plant matter to drain into the bucket as well. We recommend simply shaking the bag vertically and allowing gravity to drain the bag. Once the bag is drained of the solution, you can throw away the remaining useless plant matter from the bag.

First time high…
I had smoked like 2-3 times before the first time i got high, but i never really felt anything. The first time i got high it knocked me out crazily. Me and 3 friends went up into the park in our city (San Francisco) and found this little hidden area in the trees which was possibly a homeless mans lair.
So we all sat down and started taking pipe hits. I was determined to get high to i kept inhaling and holding it in strong. We sat around for about 10 minutes then left, and i wasn’t feeling anything.
I was remotely mad that i couldn’t experience the fun my friends were having. As we were walking down a trail leaving the lair, i noticed my feet began to tingle extremely and it felt like i was walking on pillows.
Then like a brick it hit me. I tried to focus on my friends face but i couldn’t… He just kept talking and talking and nothing registered what he was saying. Up ahead my other 2 friends were talking about graffiti and some other stuff…but i also could not really register what they were saying.
